Men in Spirit

Men in Spirit is a programme in Stuttgart that enables inspiring encounters between men.
Martin & Alexander will guide you through various spiritual practices such as mantra chanting, tarot cards, incense and sound work. These activities offer you relaxation, deeper insights and inspiration for personal growth. There will be intensive touch work: sensitive, playful, tantric!

The workshops in Stuttgart take place regularly and include one- and two-day workshops with different focal points.  

They are characterised by mindfulness and appreciation and convey joy, pleasure and security. The trainers reflect on their own experiences in everyday life and combine them harmoniously.
